This tiny but exclusive (I'm told) restaurant is opening right next door to my apartment. I am excited about this although I'm not sure I can ever afford to eat there.

    What Christmas tree? Looks like an interesting restaurant. You should be able to afford it…if you are eating cheese and mayo you must be saving money on groceries. Finally it is Spring here…so I may celebrate with a cheese, mayo, and pickle sandwich!
