INERTIA 0; ME 1
Took that walk this morning—the test walk to see whether I could overcome the dreaded inertia. I went for the full cure, the walk and a Valencia Orange Refresher on the way to work. I have felt so very fine ever since.
There is a choice of pathways near the river: ditch bank, ponds, bicycle path, or the actual Bosque. This morning I walked the ditch, all smooth from new grading and greening nicely on the slope. Albuquerque would be transformed with a few weeks of daily moisture. But then it wouldn’t be the desert southwest would it?

oh dear, I have perhaps forgot that some spots look barren. I walk every morning in a residential area, but it is pretty and tranquil. I like walking in the morning more than any other activity. I am thinking about expanding it by 10 minutes or 15 minutes. That comes with a price in the Winter, cold and dark in the morning. Which paths do you prefer? I know, the path of adventure. You are the most adventuresome person I know.
